I think her name was Alicen I was treated very poorly when I came in to buy wax cleaner as I walked in the store she continued to complain about her job and could here from the other side of the store when I went to purchase my product she didn’t take my phone number and then I asked for a receipt and she says you really need a receipt for that and then swore at me and I told the manager there and she did absolutely nothing about it supper unprofessional and disrespectful
Randi (and Rudy, who was in training) replaced not one but TWO of my car batteries! Everyone was so kind and patient. My family and I have been loyal AutoZone customers for years! Highly recommend! Especially this location!!🎉👍🏻
Today I went in and got my battery checked and tested by these 3 cool dudes. Tested and did the new battery installed for me. These guys are Awesome great work shoutout to Jared, Gian, and Rudy.
Randy and Alex were incredibly helpful in finding us a good deal and going above and beyond in service
The employees are nice enough, but on multiple occasions I have been given the wrong part for my car. I’ve also not been refunded the full amount, when it was their error, and the part had not been used. I can understand once, but multiple times in a single day on separate occasions is not okay. We probably have spent more time driving to and from this AutoZone than actually working on the car. Please start doublechecking that the part you are handing over to the customer is the correct one for their vehicle. I will never co... read more
