I came in tonight to replace my headlight. I was greeted by Jacobo and Jose immediately. They were both extremely helpful and wasted no time in getting me what I needed for my car. Jacobo even went above and beyond to replace my headlight himself! Both employees have great customer service and welcoming attitudes! 10/10 recommend! I will be back for any vehicle needs I have.
Staff especially the manager on duty were quickly able to help us find what we need. Even helped load a heavy floor jack into my car
Amazing service. Walked in with a dead battery with my car parked several blocks away. My debit card was compromised, and I had little cash to pay. The manager Melchor helped me load my Apple Pay to pay for the battery, and drove me to my car and helped me to replace it. I will always go here to get stuff for my car, and I live in Oxnard!
Melchor and Chris are great guys helped me when my battery died and gave me a ride to my motorcycle ! 10/10 recommend
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was deserved. My experience with AutoZone was great from the beginning. Everything was handled professionally, communication was clear, and the whole process was a lot easier than I expected. Pedro was a huge help the entire time.
