The store manager done did a great job of taking care of me. I had been given the wrong parts from both and online order and from a different location in the Louisville market. There was a discrepancy due to a discount when I returned the parts to his store, and I was not given proper credit. Don understands traditional customer service, which is rare nowadays he took care of the situation and I will be giving him my future business because of that and recommending him to my friends as well.

I came to the store at 10:00, and the employee told me I couldn’t get windshield washer fluid because they were closed, even though it would only take two minutes. He then asked me to leave the store. It was not a good experience, and I expected better customer service.
