I took a battery in to be swapped out. The guy working, David, pulled up my warranty and told me the only warranty in the system was for a group 75 battery and that mine was "clearly a group 35 even though it said group 75 all over it. It was completely dead and would not charge so he said he couldn't test it either and refused to replace it. He had a horrible attitude and was very rude. Most of the time I get help as soon as I walk inside, friendly staff.
