my battery terminal was super messed up but the workers were very kind and thorough when helping me figure out the issue & getting the right part to fix it. thank you to Q and the kind woman with short hair who helped me today
They helped me change my windshield wiper that flew off during the most recent monsoon that ripped mine off. I got the wrong one initially and he made sure to get me the right one and put it on for me.
Had a good experience here. Caleb was kind and helpful in putting a new battery in the car. The manager also was kind and helpful. Would recommend!
My car battery had died and Jarvis was incredibly helpful. He has excellent customer service and replaced my battery in no time.
On what was one of the hottest days of the year, my son-in-law’s car battery died. Jarvis is to be commended for replacing an extremely difficult battery in these conditions. I can’t recommend this Auto Zone and Jarvis for outstanding service and value as well.
