Horrible service.......one person helping someone....everyone else standing in line waiting. Just horrible
mgr or probably just an associate Caleb lied about my options for return amount due for my core and tricked me into siging after I ASKED FOR CASH!!! He smiled it off said he would answer after I signed ( relinquishing my choice) He did what was easiest for him. CUSTOMER UNSATISFIED!! He had the nerve to apologize. Lies do not justify laziness & this apology is useless as the wrong was premeditated. Too many people are unemployed for inadequate service!
Customer service is bad employee had attitude since I walk in he cant even gave me the receipt he want me to grave it from the printer no thank you or anything went back to his phone
Waited 20 minutes before I decided to walk out. Not a single employee inside of the store to help out. The only employee that was there was a man changing a woman’s battery outside of the store. What shop only has one employee? And that One employee was outside for so long changing a battery instead of helping the four people who are inside waiting for someone to help them out. What a waste of my time. Went to the advanced auto parts instead and they helped me out wonderfully.
