Impressive staff. I stopped by because I needed to replace a radiator cap I bought at a different AutoZone the day before. Although I did not have my receipt, the gentleman was patient enough to make some calls, honor the warranty and put on a new one to make sure it did not leak. Hats off to these people!
Lack of customer service! I walked in 45 minutes before closing, not one hello or good evening. Acted like i was interrupting their cleaning. Not positive but I got the feeling a face or comment was made went they turned their back to me. I knew exactly what I needed just not sure where. The whole interaction took less than 5 minutes. Not impressed will continue to use the one on VA Ave in the future.
Phil the store manager was so nice and showed exceptional customer service. He is awesome really nice.
Friendly people work here. Bought a car battery, and they changed out the old one for the new one. I had 2 of my grown children with me and we were all talking with the guy who put the battery in and we stated about the tires on the vehicle and he took time and checked the pressure in each 1 for me. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs a little help with their vehicle, and you don't want to be charged by a garage, come here for help for they maybe able to help you out
