On 3/23/25, around 1130pm, I was at a gas station trying to pump up my flat tire but the gas station was closed so there were no attendant to turn on the air compressor for me. I ended up using a hand air pump to try to pump up my tire. At that moment, Eric Soto who works at the AutoZone in Anaheim, off duty, walked over to me and asked me if I needed any help. I broke down on the 91 Freeway with a failed alternator, so I had the AAA truck drop off my truck at the nearest Autozone, which was this store. My truck was stuck on the flat was because it would not shift into neutral with no power, but the staff was great, especially Pedro, who went out of their way to get my vehicle jump started and off the flatbed. Then loaned me some tools, and with a couple more I bought to finish the job, and the part itself, I was on my way in about an hour. Their help was very appreciated.
I had a pleasure to meet a kind worker by the name of Rodrigo. He went out of his way to help me out with my car. And fixed the issues I had .
Came in to get a new battery and was helped by Elvis. He was incredibly helpful and found out that my battery was still under warranty. He was even nice enough to help me switch out the battery in the parking lot. Very great customer service here!
Bad experience. Manager would not accept returns on brand new brake pads that were still inside the box and receipt on my hands. Lame excuse. Because I paid 8.5% tax at other store and they only charge 7.75% I told him I would take the loss, but still refused to try.
