Hace una semana compré una batería y me la cambiaron en este auto zone, hoy no prendió mi camioneta. Estuve intentando y moviéndole a la batería y por fin prendió, la lleve al mismo auto zone y checaron la batería y al parecer estaba mala. Me dijeron que yo tenía que quitarla y que ellos me la cambiarían por una nueva. Muy grosero me dijo que consiguiera un mecánico que porque ellos no podían quitarla o tocar nada de la camioneta. Mando was great! Mando and Marcos were great! I came to the AutoZone at Cedar in Herndon on crutches because I just had a surgery and they ran out right away to change the battery for me. Excellent service.!
I will never come back again the manager with the pony tail he’s super lazy instead of charging my battery he decided to just be on his phone! People like this make me not want to come back again I think he’s name is Kevin
