My 2nd visit at this location 10th visit to auto zones in the past 2 weeks. Still the #1 Auto Zone in Fresno County. Jason was very accommodating and understanding to detective merchandise I had encountered. Rather than throwing policy at me and saying there's nothing he can do for me. He helped me im under 5 minutes and had me leaving satisfied.
I visited Autozone on Cedar and Herndon this morning. Marcos was the person that helped me and what a jewel he is! He was thoughtful and kind to answer any questions I had. The help and courtesy I received, plus Marcos took care of my car’s problem made the rest of my day great! Good people!
Great customer service. Marcos was well educated on service parts and technical issues with my vw. He had me out on my way in under 10 minutes with everything I needed! This is probably the best experience I’ve had with autozone!
