Katie assisted me with replacing my bulb to my headlight. She was exactly what you hope for in customer service.. knowledgeable, helpful, and timely. She removed my current bulb, showed me a few options that I could purchase to replace, rang me up and installed the new bulb. All in a matter of a few minutes.
