Friendly helpful employee helped me find what I needed ( small screwdriver set ) for building a pc. I would have went to bestbuy for a set but those powder puff employees need to sleep in and open at 10am on a saturday....
Katie assisted me with replacing my bulb to my headlight. She was exactly what you hope for in customer service.. knowledgeable, helpful, and timely. She removed my current bulb, showed me a few options that I could purchase to replace, rang me up and installed the new bulb. All in a matter of a few minutes. She was also courteous and polite, a breathe of fresh air to see this in an associate.
