Wonderful woman Tennille helped me with a return and purchase even without my receipt!! She was effective and provided amazing customer service. However, a younger boy around 18 or 19 was extremely disrespectful yelling and berating his coworkers. It was clear he had some issues to work past but was taking them out on his coworkers making a hostile environment. No one should be treated the way he was behaving. It was disgraceful and disgusting to witness I had to intervene.
Went in and needed a few hard to find parts and had the pleasure of being helped by a kind and courteous young man name Racer. Very pleasant experience that will surely bring me back!
Went in and spoke to Aimee, I was looking for some parts for my 2014 accord. She was very professional, Courteous, and attentive to the severity of need at hand. Also she reccomended a new set of gaskets and fluids otherwise forgotten. She is not your typical leader. She stands out.
Welcomed in as soon as i entered the store which is rare these days! The young lady (Aimee) that helped me was pleasant and helped me find parts for my husbands car. Also offered an air freshener at the counter. Will definitely be back! Thanks again!!
