| Outstanding Service from Patrick I went to the Seekonk AutoZone needing help with my key fob battery and a slow start issue in my car. Patrick, the assistant manager, stepped up in the rain and expertly replaced my fob battery, checked the alternator, and ran a full diagnostic. He was professional, patient, and explained everything clearly. I’m truly grateful service like that is rare. If you need reliable support done right, ask for Patrick at this store.

Just went in for a head light. The salesman was friendly and ensured I had the corresponding one for my vehicle. Explained the different models. Didn't try to pressure me or up-sell, let me have the informed decision. In and out quick.
Just wanted to give a shout out to associate Johnny K. I had an issue with the East Providence store where they initially gave me the wrong rear wiper blade for my vehicle then insisted another one should have been used. It was installed and it was too long as I suspected. Johnny was wonderful in looking up the correct wiper blade for my vehicle.
