Amazing Staff. Very very Helpful
I never do this but this time is needed, went today September 2nd to return something around 4:30 pm. A really nice young black guy was helping me out, I can tell he is new or with some sort of disability, (if I’m incorrect I apologize) he need some extra help which is totally fine, we are all learning, then the “manager” showed up, a black guy with glasses on, he was so disrespectful towards this kid and to myself, being condescend and judgy, he keeps turning back the screen and yelling at him telling him stop turning the s... read more
could be better with attitudes
The black older guy that wear glasses so called manager needs to be fired. It seems like he brings his feelings to work (unprofessional) I went to this store twice, and both times I went, he rings me up, giving me attitude, and other customers who were in the store attitude. The guy too emotional for me, so I stop coming to this location.
Customer service is horrible. Bad attitudes all around.
