I had a terrible and completely unacceptable experience at this AutoZone location. The store manager, Ralph Bennett, was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional toward customers. While I was calmly waiting for assistance to get the correct paint code for my car, the manager came out yelling at me and other customers. He then threatened us, saying that we either buy something immediately or he would call the police, even though we were doing nothing wrong and were simply waiting to be helped. Needed to replace my windshield wipers on Christmas Eve and the store manager was so incredibly nice and helpful!
Trejon assisted my mother and I with replacing a battery in my honda CRV. He was very polite, very quick and thorough.
