Bobbie and Luis are the most helpful people! They helped me find a handicap decal that slipped into the “abyss “ under the console. They were answers to my prayers for a Sunday morning
I had a great experience! Luis helped me replace my car battery, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He changed the battery quickly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I really appreciated his excellent customer service and attention to detail. I was very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend asking for Luis!
Could improve on their customer service. Some employees were very kind others were very rude.
I wish I knew the technician's name, but I know he had lots of tattoos and was super helpful and informative. He helped me immensely by getting my AC recharged before the super hot weather hit. So kudos to him and AutoZone for that. He also has a pretty cool collection here and I appreciate him letting me look at them
