Excellent customer service! The young lady Brianna who helped me was very kind, patient, and helpful. Even though we had a language barrier, she made every effort to help me understand and solve my battery problem. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thank you!

Today, I had a great experience at the AutoZone store on University Drive near Nova. A customer service representative whose name is Roberto helped me select some wiper blades and even helped me install them. I believe he definitely should be recognized because professional and customer-oriented employees like Roberto is what keeps customers like me going back to that store time and time again.
