Thomas Franklin had an attitude and told us it’s gonna be a minute when there was only two of us. Very rude and poor customer service. I was gonna apply here but my experience is way too good for a job like this ! Thanks but no thanks !
Sold me some spark plug boots that fit, but we're not actually compatible with my vehicle. After 10,000 miles, corrosion piled up around the terminals of the boot and the spark plugs causing misfires. Their compatability software sucks and the sales reps commonly don't know what they're talking about. Been going here for quite some time, but that's now changed, won't be going here again.
