I came in recently to purchase a tool I needed and was helped by a young gentlemen, I believe his name was Micah. His attitude towards me when I was asking simple questions was quite rude and sarcastic. The reason I am writing this review is because I made an autozone account and am always asked for my phone number to receive the credits for a future discount. Micah did not ask my phone number and I left the store without another credit point.
All the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. The store manager, Cal is all about customer service. He knows cars and he is always willing to answer questions. I would highly recommend that you everyone buy their car parts from this store.
Phoebe was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though the store was busy at the time I visited she helped me right away. I'm very impressed by the high level of service from all the staff.
