They do not provide good customer service at all, they get upset when you ask them about an online discount offer, I replaced my battery and this is the first place I replace my battery and they don’t give you complimentary cushions for the battery connectors

Although the guy did help me by getting the wiper blade on .. the part that was absolutely CRAZY and wild to watch was him open the box… and just pour out all the attachments right onto the hood of my brand new 70k$ m sport 5 series… and then start going through them like they were legos on carpet ……..
Sad to say, either Autozones policies are getting weird, or this kid just didn't want to help us. We have been having issues with our remote key battery and got worried because our car hasn't been starting up well with the button. My husband has gone to another location for this in the past where the employee explained he could only change the remote battery if we absolved him of responsibility if it broke, which my husband agreed to, it was no big deal. Jose is the BEST! I came in with my two grandkids, and he had me in and out in just 10 minutes. From testing my battery to fully replacing and installing it—start to finish in 10 minutes flat. Amazing service!
