Can't say enough how much I appreciated Jose last night in helping me replace a headlight bulb. He took the time to help and was exceptionally patient as we worked together to get it repaired. It was dark out and I was nervous about driving with only 1 headlight. Nice work Jose and the entire team!
It's an auto parts store, it's down the street from where I've lived the past 4 yrs so this is where I go lol. Store is clean, staff is is friendly and helpful enough, so no need to venture far from home... wish it had stayed Advanced Auto though
I’ve been going to autozone for a while now and I’ve been getting horrible customer service from who I think is a manager named calixto he doesn’t help and is always standing outside smoking and not helping customers, I’m sure I’m speaking for many others as well, I hope he gets fired because he is no help with anything.
These guys were not helpful at all. I just needed a battery and I didn’t know which one to get. The guy said I needed to know which cylinder I needed. I didn’t know how to figure that out and he just said, “you have to know” with no direction to help me find it. So rude
Cal and the store staff were awesome! They took great care of me! I will be coming back!
