Lady working night shift Saturday Feb 15… horrible customer service. From the Minute I walked in the store she had a straight/mean face. Sold me a almost $300 battery without checking if she was able to install it, and then proceeded to tell me she could not install the battery. Asked me to go to another store. Went to the spring hill location on county line Rd, got it installed without any issues or complaints.
Very helpful and saved me lots of money
Dawn worked patiently and consistently to replace my headlamps. Above and beyond, and appreciated greatly. Thank you! Edit: Her again and again "on it" for my turn signal. She's a good one.
