Great place great staff. I wasn't sure if she was going to be able to get my battery out. It wasn't easy but go see Dawn if you need the assistance. She did an awesome job. I will definitely be going back to ask for her in the future.
wanted to let anyone who goes to this business, that the older manager lady is unprofessional and down right rude. She hoped on to escalatation for a very minor exchange of products. DO NOT GO HERE!
My headlight bulb burned out on my car. I had no idea if I needed just a new bulb or an entirely new headlight fixture. I was recommended the exact matching bulb by Dawn, and she was able to install it for me right there! I was very impressed and want to compliment the help I received that day. If you need something for your car and helpful service….I highly recommend….Thanks AutoZone, thanks Dawn!!!
Updated: 4/15/25 I’ve had consistently bad experiences with customer service at this store. On multiple occasions, two specific employees—especially the one with colored hair—have been rude and dismissive. During my last visit, I was the only customer in the store and simply asked for help with one item, but was met with attitude and unprofessional behavior. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless you already know exactly what you need and don’t plan to ask for assistance.
I highly recommend this Autozone. The store has a large selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and great customer service. Dawn is a pleasure to deal with and always ready and willing to help!
