I just have to give a shout out to Queen at this location! She was incredibly helpful, courteous and personable while working with me in replacing my battery this week. What a trooper! It wasn't exactly easy to install the battery in my car; but she persevered and did an incredible job. She obviously takes pride in her work. I was sharing my experience with my brother afterwards, and he knew exactly to whom I was referring. He indicated he'd had the same awesome experience with Queen previously.
