AutoZone in Trinity is top-notch! My prior mechanic permanently closed and my battery had still been under warranty. AutoZone honored the warranty. Nathan was kind and did an excellent job with the installation. He would not accept a tip! I highly recommend AutoZone!
I went in the store for help with one of my cigarette lighter / car charger not working. I spoke with Nathan and he told me it might be a fuse and he would check it out for me. And what do you know, that's what it was the fuse. Nathan changed it out for me and the charger is working perfectly. Thank you so so much Nathan. You are awesome.
Just had the BEST experience at the Auto Zone in New Port Richey. Dawn and Stephen were excellent. Not only did they pull chairs out of the back room to accommodate my young daughter and myself while we had to wait for our battery change, but Dawn was so proactive and honest in asking for my phone number to check that my battery was under warranty (it was!!) We were fully prepared to pay the full cost of a new battery, but Dawn made our day by taking the extra time to check. They were kind and helpful, and juggled a very bus... read more
