Jay was absolutely fantastic helping me with my battery replacement today. He showed up prepared, knew exactly what he was doing, and had the new battery installed quickly and correctly. After calling multiple other stores I finally found what I needed at this location. Merrill was incredibly knowledgable and personable both on the phone and in store. His expertise along with his professionalism saved me a lot of time and money!
Jean, the storage manager, was amazing! He was very helpful and resolved my issue ASAP. He’s extremely nice, professional, and informative. Truly great customer service. Please give this man a raise—he deserves it!
