I came in right after work because my battery obviously decided to kick the bucket today of all days!! Came in, wasn’t sure if I had purchased my battery from them, but once I gave him my number, I did! Yay! Downfall was, someone had returned my battery, that was currently in my car, and there was nothing they could do, but the manager on site made some calls, investigated a lil bit and replaced my battery!! Thank you!! Cause how could I returned a battery that was still in my car lol!! Smh!! Thank you 45th Auto Zone!!!
I'm an uber driver and on the worst day of my life.When my car broke down. The employees of the auto zone on forty fifth street.. We're the best people I have met ever.. They helped me out.They were happy and funny.. I was treated like a friend or a neighbor and not just somebody who walked in on the worst day of their life.. I have nothing but good things and praises for the employees there... They gave me hope and help,, i will never forget the experience I had with them,, they are some of the best people I ever met
Got taken care of by a guy named Julien, helped me find the parts i was looking for and hooked me up! He needs a raise lol
Excellent Customer Service specially Randy from West Palm Beach. Extremely helpful, kind and honest. Highly recommend him. Thank you for all your help.
