Aiden could not have been more helpful. Incredibly nice and thoughtful. Did everything he could to save me money and replaced my battery with no labor costs. Best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic or mechanic adjacent store.
Got what I needed. Staff was just kinda there. Instead of sitting on the phone on the counter, maybe ask the customers if they need assistance.
Got towed in with a dead battery and these guys were amazing! Installed for free, quick and painless. Amazing service and would absolutely recommend to anyone who was in dire car trouble. They'll take care of you!

The store mgr, Tom was very friendly. He greeted me when I walked in and asked if I needed help finding anything. I needed windshield wiper fluid and wipers. He gave me options which really helped and then he came outside and filled up my reservoir and replaced the wipers. Exceptional customer service. I was very impressed. Thank you.
