I arrived 30 minutes before close and Padric treated me like it was in the middle of the day. He asked how he could help - I needed to figure out how to replace windshield wipers on my wife’s SUV. He was amazing, even volunteered to help with the install (even near closing time). It’s one of my best recent customer experiences I can recall. Completely unexpected and now I’m a raging fan. Thank you Padric.
Gonzalo was so kind and patient! He listened to me and helped me resolved my issue with my battery so quick, i was truly impressed by his attentiveness and generosity. He’s a great manager and i will for sure come back if i need help with anything else! Muchas gracias gonzalo! :)
Older Man on current afternoon shift was sexist and assumed that just because a woman was in an auto parts store she didn’t know what she was doing. Even had the nerve to say “I don’t know why god even made yall (women)” Extremely Unprofessional service especially when the lady your speaking too is telling you the part numbers located in your store and stock the she’s there to purchase.
