I'm gonna assume Lauren was having a bad morning, being rude, rushing, not willing to actively listen and making another associate handle my normally, pleasant transaction. I didn't get her name, but thanks again to her and Cesar for providing excellent customer service.
I went there not knowing whether the issue was with the battery or the alternator. Ali not only identified and fixed the problem, but also ran a complete battery test, guided me through the entire process, and made sure everything was working properly. He didn’t just earn a customer that day,he earned my trust.
