The gentleman that checked me out was kind and down to earth. The taller , possibly African American man, on the other hand was not. I never thought I’d be profiled at an Autozone. You should treat everyone the same. It’s not that difficult.

I came in asking to get my battery checked and the lady working there looked at my car and said they are not allowed to change and Volkswagen batteries. I said okay that's fine since I didn't need it replaced, I just wanted to get it checked. She went inside and started helping other customers and left me outside waiting. I went in to see if she was coming back out and another worker told me the testing machine was dieing. The lady did not let me know anything, she just left me outside waiting. Very awesome store especially with Anthony and Neyla that were of very good help with difficult parts that had me looking all over other stores. They not only shower me the parts but insured me that they were the right fit. We need more people like them that can work under pressure and still help other handful of costumers. This is a 10/10 store worh helpers like these.
