I was having a hard time finding my destination, and don't have a smart phone or map with me. I stopped into the Auto Zone on Cicero Ave, a store employee named Willie helped me find where I needed to go. He was very polite, professional and went above and beyond to help me out. Even though I didn't buy anything, he provided outstanding customer service and am very thankful for his assistance! Thanks again Willie!

I was traveling from Texas and when I finally got in town I realized I had a headlight out I found this location and there was a nice kid (Nathan) not only helped me find the right part for my car but helped me put it in being from out of town i worry about the service but this was an amazing store!
