Darius is the best! He helped me install my headlights in frigid weather.... and his shift was over. He saw me in the parking lot as he was heading home and helped me right out! Quick update. It's now September and the friendly officer who pulled me over tells me my brake light is out. I head back to get a replacement. But... I don't know what light is out. Eli walks out with me to the car, looks, comes back into the store and gets the bulbs for me. These guys are very helpful!
There’s nothing as frustrating as a dead battery, especially on a holiday weekend. I called AZ and David answered, quoted me over the phone, and told me to come on down. When I got there, his customer service was unmatched and he turned a pretty miserable event into a happy experience. And Maximus got the battery in the car as fast as he could so we could get back out and enjoy the weekend. Thanks to the wonderful team at Auto Zone!
i never write reviews, but i thought everybody should no how horrible some of the employees are. Eli, seems too have no experience being a cashier, he has horrible customer service, randomly disappearing from customers, highly disrespectful. I had came in a different time and max took well care of me, he has great customer service!!
AutoZone Mansfiield. The definition of Customer Service! There is a young gentleman working at this location named. Alex. He’s 18 years old and he’s more knowledgeable about cars than any mechanic I’ve ever gone to! He changed my lightbulb. He helped me recharge my AC. And he even got under my car to look to see a rattling noise that I was experiencing. And he knew exactly what it was. I hope AutoZone knows how lucky they are to have such an intelligent and hospitable customer service/sales rep like Alex!
