I have been to the Madras location twice and both times I received excellent service. 1st time for advice on A/C issues and 2nd when I had a check engine light. They didn't attempt to upsell me, they told me what the issue was reading and gave me solid advice. Very impressed
Went there today and told devonte what was going on with my truck. He helped me out, got my truck part and was on the road 10 mins later. Awesome, give that guy a raise!

I went to Madras AutoZone looking for an alternator, Christine was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the computer system she found what I needed I would recommend getting your auto parts from here.
Autozone is my go to place for my car parts and such. I live here in Madras and I have decided I’d rather drive to Redmond than go to this location. The manager walks around shoeless, which is EXTREMELY unprofessional, the customer service is atrocious and they never have the parts I need anymore. It’s been flipped upside down in the last year. Very unfortunate.
