My husband and I were passing through from Washington towards Nevada when we stopped at this location. I have to say it’s the most cleanest Autozone I’ve ever seen and I’ve been through 31 states and have seen a lot of Autozone’s locations. The store manager was amazing, great customer service!
I stopped in on my way from Portland to see if someone could tell me why my check engine light was on. I spoke with Davonte - who provided the best customer service! He was super friendly and willing to go above and beyond for me in determining what was going on with my Toyota. He did a diagnostic test and got the check engine light turned off for me - all with a smile on his face! He also helped me figure out which fluids would be best for my car! Another business that acts inconvenienced by its own customers. I went in hoping to return an item and was met with attitude from the parts sales manager. If you had simply told me you couldn’t process the return without a receipt, I would have completely understood. Instead, I was made to feel belittled while you randomly refunded someone else without verifying my card information. Very helpful and went the extra mile with customer service!!
Called autozone in Madras and talked to Anthony about my durango head lights. He was super helpful and told me to come in and he could help me further. I came in and he greeted me when I walked in and also got the headlights I needed and even installed them super fast. He was very very nice and helpful. Will definitely be coming back here for all my car needs! Thank you Anthony!
