Was in town visiting friends and my battery died. Came in to the store and Jenny instantly greeted me with a smile. She was a great help and life savior for having my battery in stock! What a relief it was to have a knowledgeable person at the counter like her! She took her time, thoroughly explained the warranties, and let me look through the list with her assistance a couple of times. The elderly gentleman working here has no respect for customers didn’t even try to assist with a return instead wanted to argue and cause a scene pretty much calling me an idiot for trying to return the items refused to help, I’m going to a different location and recommend yall to do the same I told him he was rude then he wanted to argue about that aswell
Ugly actitud of that tattooed woman who I pitifully interacted with, “I don’t know” as a response for questions relate to the business they are working for? Seriously? Pffff.
I always find myself back here for something or another, and i always come back for the amazing help from the staff. Jenny always helps me find what i need! See yall soon I know something’s gonna break!
