Came in to dump some used motor oil. A young man took my oil drain container from me right when I walked in the door. Excellent service and much appreciated. The store is clean and well stocked. It’s my first time visiting since I’ve lived in Big Bear. I would not hesitate to return.
Plane and simple. If you don't know parts don't work at a damn part store! I can't count the amount of times I've given vehicle info told them the part I need and they say it's not in stock. I do the same thing on the app give them a part number and all of a sudden they have what I asked for. Bring Drew back! At least he knew what part was what!
Once again they gave me the wrong part. Poor knowledge, quit hiring highschoolers.
