Great Service & friendly
Great service and good people.
Customer service has a lot of room for improvement. Got an electrical test for my battery and alternator. Employee looked annoyed to be there, tested the battery which failed and said they couldn't test the alternator since battery failed. Employee removed all the test equipment and started walking away and told me to have a good day without any offer to help me find a new replacement battery. Highly recommend going to O'Riley's instead of AutoZone, they tested my electrical system multiple times, and even recommended I come... read more
The location is great, but I must admit the Customer Service and knowledgeable employees is very lacking.
I have been going to this Autozone since it opened in fountain hills. The last few times I have gone in I have been very disappointed. It seems like they are not educating the new employees on how to do the simplest things or they just don’t care. I went in for wiper blades and the manager there straight up told us they didn’t carry them rather than go look with us.
