I just wanted to write an appreciation review for Travis at this location. He saw my sisters and me struggling to strap a large piece of furniture to our truck. He jumped in to let us know we purchased the wrong ropes and showed us the needed ones. On top of that, he even helped us put them on for our safety. We really would’ve been stuck trying to figure it out if he hadn’t jumped in to help us. Thank you, Travis!
Yesterday and today I went to your store and a gentleman named Zion helped me out with everything. I just wanted to let you guys know if you could clone him. You would be doing well. I think he definitely deserves a promotion and a raise. I have never been treated so good by an employee in my life at any store. So I just wanted to leave a good word about Zion and everybody in that store actually but Zion in particular took a lot of time with me and paid particular attention to me thank you AutoZone. Keep up the good work.
I usually go to O'Reailly's out of convenience. O'Reilly's did not have what I needed today, so I ended up in town at this Autozone. I was looking for multiple hard to find parts, 2 of which they had in stock and 1 which they said could possibly be delivered same day for pick up.
