One gentleman in particular who works at this store almost always ruins the experience of shopping here. I realize it's hard to help me if I don't know exactly what I need, but I always feel belittled and stupid because of this one person. He's an older guy, balding with white hair, glasses. He seems to have some kind of grudge or vendetta against anyone and everyone, acts grumpy, isn't willing to perform many duties which Auto Zone employees are required to do, and creates a highly negative atmosphere within the store.
