Store Manager Keith provided an exceptional service when I came in this evening! Not only did he help identify the source of the noise my truck was making but he found us the alternator and helped to replace it. Quick, easy, and friendly!
Joseph R did an amazing job installing a new battery that was not easy to do on my SUV. I can’t say enough good things or thank him enough!
Stopped by the AutoZone on Anderson Snow Road because I needed a new battery, and even though the line was pretty long, it moved way faster than I expected. Arynn kept things moving without making anyone feel rushed. When it was my turn, he was friendly, answered my questions, and even came outside to help me swap out my battery. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. I really appreciate his help and professionalism, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service.
Joseph R deserves a raise hands-down nothing more. He took over an hour to try to get my battery out of my Chevy Tahoe 2016 tonight and he literally pulled out his own tools out of his car because the place didn’t have the correct tools to take out my battery. He is THE MAN
Samuel k was absolutely incredible. It was raining and hot and he still went outside and helped me. He was extremely helpful and courteous. I will ask for him every-time I come to this store.
