Let me begin by saying that this store is the worst auto shop I have ever visited. It all started on Sunday when I took my car to the shop to have it serviced by a young lady whose name I do not know. I asked her if she could please test my car battery, explaining that I had a vehicle speaker installed in my Jeep, which I believed was causing my battery to drain. After a disastrous experience visiting pep boys to try to get my battery changed, I was mentally preparing myself for another long, drawn out, overly expensive, and frustrating process to actually get it done. The entire process from checkout to leaving- including installing my battery, took less than 15 minutes. Staff was very friendly and professional. I wish I’d just gone here to begin with!
