Both gentlemen working early morning shift were very attentive to all of my concerns and requests I had for my vehicles. All items were addressed and they were genuinely eager to help me me and my husband. Love this location.
I just purchased a brand new battery at Autozone! I asked if someone could help install my battery, and the manager took the time to come out with his tools and immediately replaced my old battery with a brand new battery!!! Now this is the Best Customer Service ever! Thanks Auto!

I went to AutoZone simply to buy a battery. At checkout, the sales representative insisted on collecting my personal phone number. I clearly explained that I do not give out my private phone number because I do not want unsolicited marketing or advertising messages. The employee then told me that I could not receive a warranty unless I provided a phone number, which is factually incorrect.
