The time has come. Been going to autozone for years. They built their brand on being a service company not a parts company. Those days are gone. Had another poor experience there. Batteries are junk. Bought the best 3 year battery 12 months ago. It had a dead cell and only working at 65% per Raul and the manager. I not only had to buy another battery so my wife and special needs kid aren’t stranded again.
