If I could give 20 stars I would for the absolute excellent customer service I received this morning after my car battery died on me after getting off a 24hr shift. I went to this auto zone and they tested my battery, helped me buy a new battery and even replaced it! Patricia the one manger who help me was absolutely wonderful! Like I said if I could give 20stars I would! Thank you soo much for the help
Waited 10 minutes in line with 3 visible employees and 2 customers (including me). Asked specifically for any oil and filter that came in a bundle to save some money. Lady proceeds to literally get the ONLY OIL BUNDLE THAT WASN'T ON SALE which was STP. Total came up to $42.xx. now this was ultimately my fault because I should have double checked other options before paying.
