Amazing customer service from Ashton. Came out to replace my break light for me and he couldn’t have been a nicer, more polite person to talk to. 5/5 I will be back
2 stars only because the young man working the counter was polite and helpful. 0 stars for the manager on duty. Rude. Unprofessional. I used my store credit and a gift card to purchase a wiper blade. Went out to switch it and it didn't fit my car. Go back in to exchange it. The young man couldn't find my store credit that should have gone back onto my account. The manager said she couldn't do anything. I told her I wasn't paying for it, I literally was just in there and used the credit to buy the wiper and I'm returning it. ... read more
Went in too return an item that I bought from here after purchasing a few days before. The woman that “helped” me was very rude and you could tell she was being inconvenienced as soon as I said “return”. I was a repeat customer of this store but definitely won’t be back after my experience today. Customer service has always been absolutely horrible here.
