I stopped by this AutoZone this morning to pick up oil, an oil filter and washer fluid for my daughter’s 2022 Toyota Camry. As soon as I walked in I was helped by a young gentleman named Vladimir, and I have to say he really stood out to me. He knew what he was talking about, paid attention to the details, and explained the different filter options to me without making it feel like he was just trying to sell me something. I've been to this AutoZone several times over the past two weeks, and I want to start by saying that the customer service is excellent. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they've made every visit a positive experience. That said, the lack of air conditioning has made shopping here very uncomfortable. We live in Miami, and the heat inside the store is honestly overwhelming. Even spending just a few minutes looking for parts or waiting for assistance feels unpleasant because of how hot it is.
