I had a battery replaced still under warranty. The whole process was quick and easy. I was assisted by Sutton who was professional as he processed transaction and replaced the battery in my car. Highly recommended, ask for Sutton.
Went in to change a battery for my wife and this young guy from the start had a real bad attitude. Was bent out of shape when I asked him to change out the battery, just to find out he doesn’t know how to. Never seen him in there before and if they were smart they’d let him go. Very immature , smart mouth and clearly doesn’t want to be there. Even had attitude with the manager. Let someone who wants to be there have a chance cause he’s the worst thing to happen to that auto zone.
Zach B was so quick and efficient. My battery was purchased and installed within minutes. Definitely ask for him for your vehicle needs!
I will not go anywhere else! All the staff is always so helpful…But specifically, Zach B! He walked me through exactly what I needed to fix! Thank you Auto Zone for making me feel comfortable and kindly helping me figure out what was wrong with my car!!
