Leaphiiny was a true help to me!!!! She was kind and a true doll to help me swap the battery for me. I was pleased to know that it was only the battery. She not only swapped the battery but also did an addition check to ensure that it wasn't anything else draining the battery. Above and beyond!!! It's hard to find customer service like this. I applaud her and her efforts..I truly appreciated this.

Do not use this location. I have never witnessed such disregard for the customer at an auto parts store. I came in yesterday looking to use my warranty on spark plug wires. I had already been to two stores prior who did not have the wires and directed me to this one. After driving all the way out to this store, they pull up my info, verify my warranty, grab the box of plugs wires off the shelf and set them on the counter.
