Jacob and Jessica went an extra mile to help me start the car. My car battery is dead, so I bought a battery here and replaced it. I came back to Auto Zone to turn in the old battery, but the car won’t start again. The terminal corroded so much that jump starting the car won’t work. They tracked down the issue and figured out the corroded terminal might be the cause. They replaced the corroded terminal and the car is good to go. Kudos to Jacob and Jessica! Thank you so much and you earned a loyal customer!
