Doug was phenomenal and helped me change out my battery as soon as I arrived at the store. He was friendly, provided his professional guidance and expertise on which one to select, installed it within 5 minutes, and then I was on my way. Thanks Doug for your help! I’ll definitely be back.
Was at the YMCA for a swim meet down the road and my truck battery was on a death spiral. Called the store, confirmed the battery was on hand and by the time I got there the associate had the battery and cart ready for checkout. I was in and out in less than 20 with the install. She was awesome - proactive and knowledgeable- and if I lived close to this store I would never go anywhere else.
I received excellent help from Jessica ! She was quick and informative about what I needed and also made sure to go above and beyond to recommend me another part that I would need that it wasn’t calling for. I will be coming to this location again.
Went for battery check and mentioned dull lighting. A LED lamp was installed immediately and the long travel experience improved. Highly recommended. Thanks Jessica!
Great customer service!! Above and beyond!! My car was not starting properly and we had jumpstarted the car a few times prior to arriving to AutoZone. We wanted to know if it was just needing a new battery or another issue such as the starter, etc. They tried 4 new batteries and the car still would not start without a powerful jumpstart.
