I give five star because they have an employee named Jacob who is just so nice and helped without me even having to ask ! The most pleasant experience I’ve had at an auto parts store , promote him for sure especially in the bay we don’t get that kind of service lol.
What an incredible help Clarence was at this location on 8-11-25. He not only ran a diagnostic for us, he also gave us his professional input with a personable tone. We would not have made it out of the area to our home, five hours away without his solid input. Thank you so much Clarence at AutoZone on Vallejo on 2045 Springs Rd. You are our HERO!
