You guys did horrible customer service. Your employees don't know how to read a clock. Tried telling they closed in 5 minutes when it was 10 til and he wanted to argue with me on the time they close and saying he couldn't help me til tomorrow when all I needed was a price on a battery for a vehicle. Horrible customer service and rude. won't recommend shopping there
I Had my alternator go out about year after purchasing unfortunately, looked at my online account and saw i had it a warranty. I took out the old alternator and brung it in and walked out with a new one in less than 5 minutes. Great service and awesome warranty. Keep up the good work.
Showed up tonight and was met by Renee behind the counter she helped run a code reader on our car then went on to show how the part was replaced. She was an amazing help. Made me a customer for life.
