Very incompetent lazy employees . The short young black guy didn't want to check my battery or alternator. Then when I told him I purchased the battery in this location and I still had warranty he didn't even bother to look it up in the system. Horrible customer service

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire transaction was handled professionally and efficiently. Jamie was the associate who assisted me, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the level of attention and care provided.
