Great & Awesome helpful staff! I did not get the first gentleman’s name, (he was a driver) but he greeted and was so helpful by starting the process because the staff were busy with other customers. Sales associate Nicolas M. took over and assisted me by finding the right bulb and went the extra mile of grabbing a socket wrench and changed the bulbs in my headlights. THANK YOU SO MUCH NICOLAS M! So appreciative of the personable, respectful and courteous extra service this store provided! Give these guys a RAISE ! 😁
Great Customer Service!!! Jo Ann was fast when changing my battery, and even cracked jokes in 90 degree weather.
I have been a customer multiple times at this New Berlin location and the service people are always helpful and get me the correct part each time. Today, Caleb replaced both my vehicle’s low beam headlight bulbs in less than five minutes. Thanks again!
Went in for a windshield wiper and long story short, they had to get it from another store and picked up the wrong wiper. The whole situation was so drawn out I just left without the wiper I paid for and went to a different store. I won’t be back here.
