JoAnn was very helpful. I needed to find something to use to clean up an oil spill and JoAnn recommended what I should use and it worked great!

This location is a bit out of the way but the customer service is too good to pass up. Today I had another excellent interaction with Jo Ann, who was thorough and specific on what I could do... but saved me money and explained in detail an alternative, which ended up being the better option! The whole team at the NB location is worth the few extra miles to have confidence that I am taking care of my cars the right way.
Went in for battery replacement and asked if they replace it for free and said yes. Jo Ann helped and changed the battery for me and even cleaned wire lugs that was corrosion. Thank you Jo Ann!
Travis was awesome. Not only did he have a headlamp bulb for my old car, he also installed it for no charge.
