I was having some car troubles and my friend told me it could be the alternator or the battery. We showed up to get them both tested at the Liberty Hill Autozone. we were worried about the process because I have an upcoming road trip to kansas. We went inside and were met with a very friendly gentleman named Ray. He was immediately available to help us and tested the battery for us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had everything I needed
Ray is THAT guy!!! As soon as we walked into the store, he was attentive right away and helped us for over an hour!! And recommended us to some really helpful guys to fix our issue. I definitely recommend this shop in the Leander area as long as Ray has reins on it!:)
A couple of weeks ago I stopped in at the Liberty Hill, Texas store because I had a warning light from my brake system. Ray was a great help and checked my car and determined I was nearly out of brake fluid. He likely saved my life by pointing out the problem. I’ve since followed up with a mechanic and got the brakes serviced, but I cannot thank Ray and Auto Zone enough for helping me avoid what could have been a serious accident had my brakes failed.
