Pat really went out of his way to help me out. I purchased an AGM battery with a full 4 year replacement warranty approximately 18 months ago. When I called a nearby store, they said they did not have any record of my name when it came to the purchase. I then called the original store in Punta Gorda that I purchased from, Pat put some extra time into researching the issue and was able to find my purchase history and get the battery switched out at no charge. Thanks Pat!
