Daniel and Jackie's customer service was amazing! I hope they're boss can see this and congratulate them. Because they truly are good workers. Had trouble on some things and they were able to help fix my issue very quick.

Purchased a battery from this store that only lasted 1 1/2 years. I came back to have it checked and it failed. There was a problem in the computer and it showed the battery had already been replaced (it had not). Luckily the store manager, Ken Ross, was there. He remembered my situation when I originally purchased the battery and replaced it at no charge. If Ken hadn't remembered me, I would have had to purchase another battery at a cost of $250.
