Danny was very helpful! I came in for a dead battery and he was amazing and helped me pick a great battery for my Subaru and even walked me through the steps of him changing it and answered all my questions. Great guy!
My experience was excellent Because of Lexi who solved all of my issues, not only very quickly, but made me feel like she genuinely cared for me as a customer. My battery died unexpectedly, which is very stressful since I’ve never replaced it before, and didn’t really have any knowledge of what to do. Regarding the review from c. Cioffi, I was there that day when he came in. He was trying to cut the line and kept degrading the employees. I was in line patiently while he made a scene about not getting help. The employees actually handled it really well asking him to please be patient while they were trying to finish with the customers in front of them. And the security guard said he didnt even know their names. As for the employees, they were doing their best and this guy was just rude and completely uncalled for.
Came into auto zone the nearest auto parts in mission valley. There was a line already forming but someone called out customer service at the front. We were seen by a rep in no time. Clean store nice and helpful
