I do auto repair and im constantly in and out of auto zones and I've never had worst customer service then here and to top it off with the sales manager helping us. It caused nothing but time wasted and extra money spent that didnt need to be. Won't be coming here again.
Marquise takes the cake for one of the more incompetent workers I have come across in quite a while. Took 10 min on the phone and 3 holds, each time having to re ask what the part was (which was stated very specifically each time) to see if they had the part. He said he had it, I asked him to make sure they physically had it in hand so when I got down there, it was actually there. Fernando helped me change my car battery, he was super fast and friendly, the total time was no more than 30 min including buying the battery.
