Placed an online order for pick up, it was quick and effective. Heidi was sweet and very informed! Carlos was helpful and hands on. This location closes late which is super convenient.
Vinimos a comprar una bateria aqui porque se supone que la instalan pero cuando viene el funcionario a "cambiarla" dice que a la ford no se la hacen ya que deben bajar unos protectores y se demoran mucho. De haberlo sabido la compro en otro lugar porque igual la tenia que instalar yo.
The store is managed pretty well. They always have stuff in stock for the most part. I've only shops for my own personal auto repair needs, and don't know how well they do with commercial accounts. Sometimes they're online pickup orders aren't ready but if you go there they'll pick it for you immediately if do they messed up and it's been more than the pickup time. All and all the staff is friendly and helpful.
