I often shop as this autozone as it's close and very well stocked. I always get good service. Today I'd like to specifically thank Mason and Joseph for their assistance today in a difficult situation with a failed part. They went above and beyond and earned a customer for life. I can't say enough good things about their attention and customer service. You can trust this autozone location with your business.

My car’s battery died suddenly and I needed to install a new one. Silas and Mason were both incredibly professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Silas helped me find the extra parts I needed to complete the installation and lent me some tools in the meantime. Mason also double checked my work to make sure I had done everything correctly, which I was extremely grateful for as it was my first time swapping out a battery. Very pleased with the customer service!
Mason at AutoZone is hands down one of the best employees I’ve ever come across.
