Before I purchased windshield wipers I asked the gentleman on 1st shift on 3/16/26 at 8:25 am if he’d put them in. He said typically they do but because it’s snowing he couldnt do it. I purchased the blades and agreed to put 1 blade on and said the other blade had ice on it. Both blades had ice on them! I googled your policy and it states that you guys will install wipers after purchase. Now I’m traveling with one working wiper leaving your store!
