Very disrespectful manager, rude and incompetent of the position she holds. Ruiz displayed very poor customer service skills when attending to an elderly woman inquiring about parts she purchased. When asked by the woman for her hire ups information she denied that information and laughed at the lady. Manager Ruiz has a lack of respect, morals and training which affects this business.
I needed a quart of oil this wonderful young lady Emily showed me and helped me put it in. Now I know how to add the oil. Thanks Emily.
