Hands-down, the best AutoZone I’ve ever been in…and I’ve been in many over the years. The staff and everyone I talk to were pleasant and attentive. The manager was also wonderful in the little interaction I had! Unfortunately, I forget the name of the gentleman that helped me personally but what I can say is this… I was traveling, as I am from Michigan, and I was a little bit nervous about what was happening with my vehicle and how I was going to fix it. Asked if they could scam my computer in my Honda Passport because when I got a new battery my emission data was lost. Clerk came right out and plugged her computer into the car’s OBT terminal. She plugged the data into the store’s computer and gave me a print out telling me my car could now pass NYS emissions test. It did! I didn’t know when you get a new battery you have to do a drive cycle to reset the car’s computers. Now I know, and Auto Zone is most helpful. Great service and great prices, and wonderful helpful staff.

Very disrespectful manager, rude and incompetent of the position she holds. Ruiz displayed very poor customer service skills when attending to an elderly woman inquiring about parts she purchased. When asked by the woman for her hire ups information she denied that information and laughed at the lady. Manager Ruiz has a lack of respect, morals and training which affects this business.
