Counter guy extremely rude. Sold defective parts refused to exchange
I usually don't do this but here we go anyway. I was in this morning to pick up an online order and I was charged online and then again in the store. I went back in to get a refund for the charge in the store. The manager was very short with me and was asking all of the wrong questions when it should have been a simple refund because I got charged twice. Once we finally get it figured out I go on my way. I then find out that the part that I ordered was the incorrect one so I go back later today to return it and get a refund.... read more
