Came up to AutoZone to replace a certain fuse relay, was about to spend money on a fuse I didn't need thankfully talk to one of their knowledgeable customer service technicians and she saved me from spending money on things I didn't need. Thanks Marcella!!!
Fast efficient and courteous service

The counter people all the way down to the manager is rude. I ordered parts online, said they were in store m. 3 hours later I try to go get them. They haven’t been pulled off the shelf, no pads and then the counter guy that helped me in a rude tone said well you will have to drive to go get them. I’m sorry but I know y'all have inter-company shuttle that if the parts were pulled they could have been there by then. When I brought this up to the manager he ignored me. Didn’t say a word.
