Do not ever shop here! Ever! They have an employee who is completely unprofessional. I walk in, get some new headlights, go to check out and this employee asks if I need anything else. I say, yeah, I have a check engine light on, could I get the free diagnostic on it. He asks if I could wait a couple min so the next person can be helped. Sure, I can wait a couple min. I go outside. 10 min rolls by. I come back inside. He barely acknowledges me. I wait another 5 min, then finally say, excuse me sir, I've been waiting 15 min. ... read more
I was there to get some parts. But the lazy lady didn't want to move. She was unhappy and unprofessional.

I went to the store knowing what I wanted, but not exactly what I needed. Neil was able to help me figure out what I needed, and did a fantastic job of installing it for me. He took the extra time to show me the problem with one of my battery clamps; it was heavily corroded and ready to break. He installed everything in a short amount of time and I was on my way!
