Employees were extremely helpful and had a part I needed in-store within an hour!
Some new faces, which they needed. Allen is great to work with. Very well mannered and respectful. Listening to him work for another customer to get them their part, you can tell that he was going to do whatever he could to be sure the customer was received the parts they ordered, and they were happy. My sister went in to get new windshield wipers and Alex helped us. Not only did he help us choose the correct wipers, but he replaced the wipers, and he gave us advice for any future needs. He was incredibly helpful and my sister and I were able to leave feeling much better about the wipers. We will definitely go back. Thank you AutoZone and Alex!!
I’ve never felt so taken care of by a Manager and his team!!! I’m a single 60 year old female and they not only helped me calm…they’re installing my battery for me!! AAA would only jump or tow me as it’s Saturday! I opted for jump and came straight here! Thank you!!!
